80% of Canadians are filing online!
The Honourable Kerry-Lynne D. Findlay, P.C., Q.C., M.P., Minister of National Revenue, announced today that 80 per cent of Canadians filed their income tax return electronically this year, an increase of 6 per cent over last year. As of July 2, 2014, over 21 million Canadians took advantage of Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) electronic filing services, up from 20 million this time last year.
