Being proactive regarding Coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19)

As the world monitors the situation with COVID-19, we wanted to take a moment to reach out to you, our clients.  We are in the heart of our busiest season and are working incredibly hard to provide our best service and advice.  We hope you and your families are staying healthy and we want to provide an update on the steps we are taking to ensure the health and well-being of our staff and to keep things running smoothly and consistently.

Beth Stuart & Associates, CPA is closely watching developments with respect to COVID-19, including information and guidance published by healthcare authorities around the globe. We are taking precautionary health measures, including frequent hand washing, wiping down surfaces at reception, social distancing, and friendly elbow bumps instead of handshaking.

We ask that anyone who has recently travelled, has any symptoms, or has been in contact with anyone that has any symptoms, of the flu or a cold to please ask someone to bring in your tax information for you.

Alternatively, you can send us your information securely through eCourier.  Just give our office a call and we will send you the link.  It is super easy and confidential.

We want to assure you that we are dedicated to our commitment to providing the best possible service to you.

Thank you for understanding!  We hope you stay healthy.  Let’s all use our common sense and instead of preparing for the worst, let’s focus on keeping our immune systems strong and healthy.

Speaking of which, good information always bears repeating 😊:

The best ways to prevent the spread of infections is to:

  • Wash your hands often with soap and water
  • Consider a wave or elbow bump in place of a handshake
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth
  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick
  • Cover your mouth and nose with your arm, not your hands, when coughing or sneezing
  • Stay home if you are sick to avoid spreading illness to other
  • Monitor your health for fever, cough and difficulty breathing
