Eligible employees entitled to a minimum of 5 paid sick days each year
Employers and workers throughout B.C. should note that as of January 1, 2022, eligible employees are entitled to a minimum of five paid sick days each year.
Both full- and part-time employees may be eligible for this paid sick leave benefit.
